Always follow officer instructions during a traffic stop. POP Shield helps you understand your rights — it does not advise you to resist, obstruct, or fail to comply with lawful police commands. The safest outcome in any traffic stop is cooperative, polite, and informed.

By accessing or using POP Shield, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
POP Shield is an AI-powered educational tool that provides general information about constitutional rights during traffic stops, grounded in Supreme Court case law and state-specific variations. It is not a substitute for legal advice, consultation, or representation by a licensed attorney.
The free tier provides up to 3 questions per calendar month at no cost. No account or credit card is required. POP Shield reserves the right to modify free tier limits with notice posted on this website.
Shield is a yearly subscription at $79 per year (approximately $6.58/month). Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@pulledoveros.polsia.app. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

POP Shield is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided. Under no circumstances shall POP Shield, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this service or your reliance on its outputs. You assume full responsibility for any actions you take based on information provided by POP Shield.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of POP Shield after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Email address: Collected when you sign up for the onboarding sequence or create a Shield subscription. Used for account management, billing, and transactional emails.
Chat sessions: Free users' chat prompts are processed by OpenAI and not stored on our servers after the response is delivered. Shield subscribers' conversation history is stored to enable conversation history access.
State preference: Your selected state is stored in a browser cookie (pop_state) to personalize answers. This is not tied to personally identifiable information.
Chat prompts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Your inputs are handled by OpenAI under their Privacy Policy. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, bank account details, or full billing address. For Shield subscribers, Stripe provides us with your email and subscription status only. Review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any entity other than OpenAI (for chat processing) and Stripe (for payment handling) as described above.
POP Shield uses one functional cookie: pop_state — storing your selected state for the chatbot. This is a session cookie that expires when you close your browser. POP Shield does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking cookies of any kind.
